Children are equal members of the Body of Christ, and have something vital to contribute to our church communities.  They need to feel the strength of being a contributing member of church, and we need their input and help.  But how can we safely empower them to participate in serving and leadership?  How do we make space and support them in it?  How can we get our leadership teams on board with children and young people contributing across the many serving teams in church?  Come for some practical advice and starting points to see every member of your church being purposeful in church community, no matter what their age.
