Research tells us that being in an intergenerational faith community is vital for the development of children’s faith.  If we want our children and young people to flourish with God, we need to find ways of helping them build relationships with people of different generations, and to disciple them alongside people of different ages.  But how can we do that well in our local context?  What does that look like in a service, or midweek?  What are little easy ways that we can shift our church culture to help our children get the benefit of the church faith community?
